The following photographs are of one
side of 6L motor coach
S60116 ‘Mountfield’ which was originally in unit 1012.
Dropped buckeye and compression bar.
Buffers (extended).
This is the unpowered bogie that
supports the
weight of the diesel engine and generator.
The powered bogie
beneath the passenger saloon. The traction motors are
located at this end in order to balance out the weight of the motor coach.
